Film title research

This is the FilmDistrict logo in the opening of the film Insidious. I like the use of colour in this logo as the background is a bright red colour which makes the black shadowy font stand out. The logo relates well to the film because it is mysterious and evil. The dark clouds make the logo seem as though it was an image taken outside late at night which can be a lot scarier then day. I would like to make my logo similar to this because it is so mysterious like the killer from my film.

 This is the opening title to the film insidious. The font looks as though it has been written by an old type writer which can add to the ghostly effect. The pitch black background also shows loneliness and death. The text looks dilapidated and neglected
